KOREAN WAR, 1953. An exchange of prisoners agreement at Panmunjom, April 17, 1953. Signing the agreement is North Korean Major General Lee Sang Jo, chief prisoner-of-war negotiator. Across the table is United Nations negotiator Rear Admiral John C. Daniel.
