Wearing a Highlander costume which he acquired on a recent trip to Scotland, Dr. Leo Wollman has his kilt blown up when Freddie the tramp clown delivers a burst of compressed air from the jets beneath the floor of the Insanitarium, the fun house at Steeplechase Park, at Coney Island, Brooklyn, New York, 22 June 1960.
